Text Messaging Terms

These terms cover text messages (SMS) sent by Behind the Bots, a trade name of Just Makin' It, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and by the booking systems Behind the Bots runs for its clients.

What we send

Replies to your requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, requests to confirm or reschedule, and notices about service you have with us. We send marketing texts only to people who have separately agreed in writing to receive them.

How you agree

You agree to receive texts when you check the text message consent box on a booking or contact form we run, or when you text us first. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything.

How often

Message frequency varies with your appointments and requests. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@behindthebots.ai or (448) 201-5102.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy.
